Who can buy from Marakes? (Retail or wholesale?)
Marakes primarily sells wholesale (B2B). With an approved business account, you can view pricing and place orders.
Are your products handmade?
Yes. All Marakes products are 100% handmade and produced in Türkiye.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes. MOQ may vary by product group and destination. You can see the current MOQ details after logging into your approved account.
Why can’t I see products or prices on the website?
Pricing and full catalog access are available only to approved business accounts. Once your account is approved, you’ll be able to view all details.
Are stock levels up to date?
Stock is updated regularly. During peak periods, availability may change quickly; we confirm stock status before finalizing payment/shipment when needed.
Do your products contain nickel / are they hypoallergenic?
Almost all of our products are nickel-free. Material and plating details are listed on each product page. If you have sensitivities, please contact us before ordering.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and, in certain cases, bank transfer. Most of our customers prefer bank transfers to avoid being affected by exchange rate fluctuations. Available methods are shown at checkout based on your country.
Which currency will I be charged in?
The currency depends on your country and payment method. Most payments are made in Euros or USD. The final currency and total amount are displayed at checkout.
Are taxes, VAT, and customs duties included in the price?
For international shipments, customs duties/import taxes are typically the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country regulations.
Is payment secure? Do you store my card details?
Payments are processed through secure payment providers. Card details are not stored in the Marakes system.

Yes. We issue an invoice for your order and share it with your shipment and/or digitally.

How long does it take to prepare my order?
After production and preparation, orders are typically delivered to customs after 60 days. Timing may vary depending on order volume, product types, and seasonal workload.
Are orders shipped from Türkiye?
Yes. All orders are shipped internationally from Türkiye.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to many countries worldwide. Available shipping options appear at checkout based on your destination.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, package weight/volume, and the shipping method you choose.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once your order ships, we provide a tracking number via email and in your account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. You can change or cancel your order as long as production has not started.
What if my order arrives missing items or with the wrong items?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review and support you with the next steps.
