Yes. All Marakes products are 100% handmade and produced in Türkiye.

Yes. MOQ may vary by product group and destination. You can see the current MOQ details after logging into your approved account.

Pricing and full catalog access are available only to approved business accounts. Once your account is approved, you’ll be able to view all details.

Stock is updated regularly. During peak periods, availability may change quickly; we confirm stock status before finalizing payment/shipment when needed.

Almost all of our products are nickel-free. Material and plating details are listed on each product page. If you have sensitivities, please contact us before ordering.

Payment

We accept credit/debit cards and, in certain cases, bank transfer. Most of our customers prefer bank transfers to avoid being affected by exchange rate fluctuations. Available methods are shown at checkout based on your country.

The currency depends on your country and payment method. Most payments are made in Euros or USD. The final currency and total amount are displayed at checkout.

For international shipments, customs duties/import taxes are typically the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country regulations.

Payments are processed through secure payment providers. Card details are not stored in the Marakes system.

Yes. We issue an invoice for your order and share it with your shipment and/or digitally.

After production and preparation, orders are typically delivered to customs after 60 days. Timing may vary depending on order volume, product types, and seasonal workload.

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, package weight/volume, and the shipping method you choose.

Yes. Once your order ships, we provide a tracking number via email and in your account.

Yes. You can change or cancel your order as long as production has not started.

If the return is due to a verified error or damage, we support the process accordingly. In other cases, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Customs/import fees depend on local regulations and are generally not refundable by the seller.

After approval, the refund timing depends on your payment provider and typically appears within a few business days.
