This supplement applies if you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland and complements our Global Policy.

1) Legal Bases (GDPR/UK GDPR)

We may process personal data based on one or more of:

• Legitimate interests

• Consent

2) Your GDPR Rights

Subject to conditions and exceptions, you may have the right to:

• Access, rectification, erasure

• Restriction, objection

• Data portability (where applicable)

• Withdraw consent at any time (for consent-based processing)

3) Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with your competent data protection authority in your country.

4) International Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred outside the EEA/UK/Switzerland due to exports and international IT infrastructure. Appropriate contractual and technical safeguards are applied where required.
